MONTH 1 - CLARITY & OPERATIONS:
The first step in implementing anything in your business is understanding your why and bigger vision. We have the luxury of creating our business to fit around our lives and not the other way around, so we will look at your personal goals as well as your business goals.
We will look at the 5 main areas of your business and the systems and processes you can implement in each of these areas, focusing mainly on your customer journey. We will put a rinse-and-repeat process in place so nothing is missed and all the important shit gets done!
From there, we will look at what tech & tools could support you in each area, making sure your business can run efficiently and automate repetitive tasks.
MONTH 2 - EMAIL MARKETING & FUNNELS:
Email marketing is 40 times more effective than social media! WHY? Because it’s a closer touchpoint between you and your potential client, and it’s a fantastic way to nurture the relationship in a really time-effective way!
Whether you already have your email marketing setup or are starting from scratch, we will explore all the possibilities available.
This includes creating landing pages, segmenting your audiences, setting up automation, selling digital products AS WELL AS setting up a funnel.
(Funnel: using a lead magnet/freebie & email sequence to attract new clients, building trust and providing value, leading them into a sale)
MONTH 3 - CLIENT ONBOARDING:

Whether you’re creating a membership, launching a 1:many offer, or offering a high-ticket DFY service, we will craft the client onboarding process together. We will look at the most suitable tool(s), using automation and tech so you can actually make money in your sleep.
That’s why it is important to first reflect on your bigger vision and where you want to be so we can design a business that supports your dream life, and allows you to take time off and know your business is still working FOR you.

Who am I, and why am I shit-hot at what I do?!
Before launching my own business, I was team lead of the EMEA Account Management team at a large multinational. I was always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible! Part of this was creating global processes and delivering training.

How much & are there payment plans available?
The programme is €1500. Yes - there are payment plans available.
What tools will you use & teach throughout the programme?
We will look at a variety of different tools, as every business is different! I will also get a better understanding from the intake questionnaire, which tools people already use and can tailor the modules around that.
If I don’t use those tools, will this be applicable to me?
Absolutely! The programme is designed to provide foundational tech knowledge that can be applied across various platforms, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for your business.
How will I know if it’s the right time for me in my business?

How can you guarantee results?
The simple answer—I can’t! I can teach you the tools and the strategies. I can offer you my feedback and guidance. But, after that, it’s up to you to take action and implement those things. When does the programme start?
The first call kicks off on the 22nd October and will run for 12 weeks. It will be a mixture of live module calls, Q&A sessions, and co-working sessions in between, where we have dedicated time to implement and ask questions!
Is it a big time commitment?
I would suggest putting aside 3-4 hours weekly for this programme. This includes the live calls and setting time aside to implement what we covered. I want the calls to be workshop-style, so you’re making the most of your time and have something tangible by the end of each call. Everything will be recorded, with lifetime access, but to achieve maximum results within those 12 weeks, I would aim for 3-4 hours on average per week.
